Information you submit through our forms is stored securely and used only to respond to that submission and related follow-up. Private messages, emails and contact details are visible only to Society administrators and are never published.

Discussion comments show only the display name and comment you provide, and only after moderator approval.

Newsletter emails are sent only to people who explicitly opt in. Contact-form and event registrants are never added automatically. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Never include passwords or payment details in our forms. To ask about or delete your information, use the contact page.
